Russia:

- Number of subscribers (active SIM cards) increased to 230.5 mln, up 0.7 mln from 3Q2012, up 2.9 mln from 4Q2011;

- Penetration increased to 161% (up 0.5% from 3Q2012, up 4.6% from 4Q2011);

- There were 201 and 206 SIM cards in use per 100 population in Moscow and St.Petersburg respectively as of December 31, 2012.

Ukraine:

- Number of subscribers (active SIM cards) increased to 57.4 mln, up 1.1 mln from 3Q2012, 3.8 mln from 4Q2011

- Penetration increased to 126% (up 2.5% from 3Q2012, 8.5% from 4Q2011).
