Russia:

- Number of subscribers (active SIM cards) increased to 240.3 mln, up 0.9 mln from 3Q2014, down 2.5 mln from 4Q2013;

- Penetration increased to 168% (up 0.7% from 3Q2014, down 1.7% from 4Q2013);

- There were 215 and 217 SIM cards in use per 100 population in Moscow and St. Petersburg respectively as of December 31, 2014.

Ukraine:

- Number of subscribers (active SIM cards) decreased to 59.4 mln, down 3 mln from 3Q2014, down 1 mln from 4Q2013

- Penetration decreased to 131% (down 6.5% from 3Q2014, down 2.4% from 4Q2013).
