- Penetration increased to 149% (up 0.1% from August 2010, 9% from September 2009);
- There were 199 and 198 SIM cards in use per 100 population in Moscow and St.Petersburg respectively as of September 30, 2010.
- All Svyazinvest-controlled operators reported negative additions due to swithching to 3-month churn policy from more liberal standards used before.
Ukraine:
- Number of subscribers (valid SIM cards) increased to 56.6 mln, up 0.3 mln from August 2010, 1.1 mln from September 2009);
- Penetration increased to 123% (up 0.6% from August 2010, 3% from September 2009).
