- Number of subscribers (valid SIM cards) reached 129.6 mln (up 1.5 mln from January 2006, 47.9 mln from February 2005);
- Penetration increased to 89.3% (up 1% from January 2006, 33% from February 2005);
- There were 137 and 121 SIM cards in use per 100 population in Moscow and St.Petersburg respectively as of February 28, 2006;
